Gas Alarm Systems is please to launch On-Line Continuous Methane (CH4) Gas Analyser for continuous monitoring of CH4. It is designed for continuous sampling of methane in the range of 0 – 100 % Vol. It gives our 4-20 mA analogue output for PLC/SCADA or for our MGC Range of Gas Controller for Alarm Generation or process control. The transmitter housing is made of ABS Material (impact resistant, flame retardant), IP 65 and has inlet and outlet ports for gas sampling. It works on 24 VDC. It has 4 digit, 7 segment display with 4 button key pad for settings, routine calibration and watchdog. The Zero Drift is +/- 1% FS and Span Repeatability of +/- 2 % FS It will find wide application for continuous on-line monitoring in various processes for monitoring in the range of 0-100% Vol CH4 in oil/gas, petro-chemical, land fill, drilling, bio-gas.
